Finally, I am with steampunkowym webkomiksem Clockworks on the fly. Briefly, this describes the comic adventures of a team of private investigators, experiencing every moment different puzzles. I think this comic is very good and I would like to share with you share my experiences and encourage to follow:).
First of all, Clockworks is one of the few webkomiksów, focusing on action, not a joke or philosophizing. Everyone (is not it? It gamer9 is Dr. McNinja is Girl Genius - I do not associate more well known, AIW those listed, the shares of certain sections of the term fits poorly.

Comparing the latter my comics and Clockworks suggests itself: both are kept in the Convention steampunku (ok - Girl Genius is a kind of "Gaslamp Fantasy"), the action takes place in the world, where people live apart from magical creatures. What do they differ? First of all heroes. In Girl Genius observe the actions of Agatha heterodyne - girls, endowed with extraordinary abilities in the field of technology. I rather liked it accounted for, and that her troubles are driving axle comic - at least initially. The Clockworks but it is impossible to distinguish one of the main character - we follow the work of the entire team. For me, this is a huge plus. The figures differ, so will almost certainly find your favorite. Furthermore, the two different approaches to comics storytelling. Girl Genius from the beginning gives the signal: get ready to tangled multi-layered story that will pull looong. The Clockworks there are various shorter adventure lasting several-dozen episodes, of which a high proportion of boards with a really small amount of text.

This style of presenting the history of the Clockworks is clear from the history of comic creation. It is a write-in campaign, Savage Worlds, led by the author webkomiksu, Shawna Gaston. It is obvious that he prefers the smaller merger of history into a larger whole - the same I use a similar procedure in Wolsungu. The game continues, and you never know what will the next episode. RPG roots Clockworks seen very clearly. Some of the episodes are highlight just one share of a hero, others introduce new heroes. From time to time there is a characteristic not verified (by the same author called the Mysterious Villain # 1, # 2, etc.), around which the activities are taking place the next episodes. At the end of the short - because of its very small powers in this topic - I will describe the style of the drawing, shown in the comic Shawn Gaston. I look at the figure running off - and in my mind I hear a description of the race during the session. conclusion, Clockworks is a great comic book for people seeking inspiration RPGowych, fast paced action and vivid characters with cool gadgets. Do not set up for a deep plot, philosophical thoughts, witty dialogue - let the bear adventure :).
